Not the right size

I love NYDJ and treated myself to two pairs for Christmas. I’m a long time customer so I know what size to order. The team in the UK decided to ‘interpret’ my size, assuming I’d ordered in UK sizes when the jeans come in US sizes, and sent me what they thought I wanted rather than what I actually ordered. Neither pair come close to fitting me; I didnt’ have them for the Christmas parties I’d ordered them for and I STILL don’t have a returns slip to send them back and it’s now February. Frustrated and a bit fed up.

Unfortunately the wrong item was sent to me and I did not receive this item. No returns information was in the parcel and it took a week for me to be emailed this information. After returning the item that was wrongly sent, nearly one month ago, I have heard nothing back from NYDJ. I have a tracking number which shows the item was received by NYDJ two days after I sent it but no refund confirmation up to now. I have emailed customer services but they have not responded. I am very unhappy with their service 🙁

I am attempting to send them back - unfortunately the system does not recognise my order number, I have contacted customer services, who sent a reply to say I can send them back via Fed-Ex with a login for a returns label - there was no label there. So to say I am not impressed is an understatement - I hope I get a refund because at this rate they will be out of the 30 day return refund limit - I will never order from you again.
