Nice fit, poor quality material

These fit me well, but the material is horrible compared to that of previous products bought. Much more flimsy and gathers lint, fluff, dog hairs etc like a magnet. Disappointing

Wrong size

They are great jeans but there is a problem with sizing. I'm a UK12 yet the recommended UK10 (one size smaller) is too tight. However, the UK10 trousers fit perfectly. If you measure the waistbands of the trousers and jeans of the same size, they are different.

Waiting for refund

Love the jeans but the size is totally wrong.I ordered size 4 petite and received size 0 petite.I returned them on 12/03/2024 and have not yet received a refund.Please would you look into this matter for me.Thank you Pauline McSorley

Too tight too elastic fit is awful. Why have you changed a good product and named it the same! Hope my refund comes Still owed for some I sent back in September!
